 Muhammad Aamir
Manager Operations
Aamir Chaudhry manages all the operations at EI and brings with him over 10 years of international experience in Information Technology. At EI, he formulates and executes firm’s strategy, develops new business opportunities, and manages client relationships. He creates and defines innovative business solutions that match the customer's and EI's operational and strategic requirements.
Aamir leads a specialized team of professionals with expertise in one or more IT disciplines. Aamir is an experienced technology management professional with expertise in Project Management and Operations Management and has in-depth knowledge of Insurance, Banking, and Telecom industries.Prior to joining EI, Aamir held senior positions at CIBC and AMS (now CGI) in Canada. Aamir has an MBA from McGill University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, USA.

 Khurram Hafeez
Manager Application Development
Khurram Qureshi joined Extended Innovation in April 2007 as Manager Application Support. Khurram brings with him over 12 years over experience in technical and management roles and has extensive experience in IT and IT enabled Services industry. Prior to joining Extended Innovation, Khurram has held senior management positions with Ovex Technologies and TRG Pakistan Ltd. where he was responsible for their IT infrastructure, support and operations.
Khurram has done his Masters degree in Information Technology Management from Southern New Hampshire University and Bachelors in Computer Science from City University of New York.

 Usman Asif
Manager Operations (UK)
Usman Asif joined Extended Innovation in April 2006 as manager application development. He brings over 10 years of extensive experience in various technical and management roles including project management and successful delivery of software solutions to global clients. Prior to joining Extended Innovation, Usman has held technical and management positions with AdamSoft International, IT24, CresSoft and Schlumberger within the consumer, B2B, ERP and health industry.
Usman has extensive project management experience, along with a substantial background in leading international and offshore teams in providing world class products and services.
Usman received his BS in Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, USA.

 Manzoor Hussain
Manager Human Resource
Manzoor Hussain is Human Resource Manager at Extended Innovation (EI) and brings with him over 26 Years of experience in Human Resource Management, Administration and Security. At EI he oversees over all HR matters, administration and travel. He develops and executes strategies for recruitment & selection, training & development, appraisals, compensation & benefits, employee relations, administration and travel of EI resources.
Manzoor, an ex Army officer is a graduate of Pakistan Command & Staff College Quetta and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management. He has an in-depth knowledge of human resource management, administration and security.
Prior to joining EI Manzoor held various senior positions of command, staff and instructional in Pakistan Army and UN military observer missions.

 Asim Mirza - PMP, CSTE
Manager Quality Assurance
Asim Mirza has over 9 years of IT industry experience with a diversified technical profile. He completed his graduation in Computer Science from NUCES-FAST Lahore. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, USA and a certified Software Tester (CSTE) from Quality Assurance Institute, USA. Asim has extensive experience in project management, business modeling, software development, quality assurance and testing. He has worked with various international organizations like ABN AMRO and Vroom Technologies in different domains like Customer Care and Billing, Banking and Accounting etc. He also enjoys teaching IT subjects and has conducted many courses in different institutes.
Asim has been at Extended Innovation since its inception in early 2005. He manages three functions at Extended Innovation; Quality Assurance, Technical Authoring and Process Engineering. He has been part of the team who established Quality Assurance group at EI. He is responsible for improving core competencies and processes in collaboration with the UK office and for providing a seamless communication among various QA teams in Extended Innovation and their counterparts in Innovation Group. In his department, he manages strategic planning, resource management, training and development, performance evaluations, issues resolutions, project execution and timely delivery.
